I wanted to personally write and thank both you and your staff for the excellent ANZAC Day you put on for us.
The staff were pleasant, hospitable and eager to please, and from my perspective the event went without a hitch. The environment was pleasant with the open upper balcony area providing provision for smokers and a break from the confines of indoors. Meals were excellent and reasonably priced. Cameron and I would like to thank you very much for allowing us to have our engagement party at The Water Rat on Saturday 30th January. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and everyone is still commenting on what a fabulous night they had. The venue was amazing and we would like to thank all the staff for their support as they were very friendly and most helpful on the night. Thank you for setting up the gift table and even putting the little red hearts on the table – they were very cute!! Thanks once again for all your help! From the little touches like having someone standing at the top of the stairs when guests arrived to supplying our early guests with drinks even though we didn't get there until 7:30pm (oops!!). Can i just say...That was the best night i have ever had, and the venue and its amazing service had a lot to do with it!
Thank you for your great work. You did such a fantastic job and contributed to making my 21st truly a night to remember. EVERYBODY commented on how beautiful the venue was and they were right.
